The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC – ΣΕΛΚ) in association with Taxand Cyprus is organizing a seminar titled: Transfer Pricing – Intermediate Level
Purpose:
This intermediate level seminar aims to define the impact of international transfer pricing on multinational groups and define the purpose and content of transfer pricing documentation.
Important Information:
To enable better planning you are hereby notified that ICPAC will circulate a separate invitation at a later stage, to a seminar on “Transfer Pricing – Advanced Level”, already scheduled for 2 May 2023 (Nicosia) & 3 May 2023 (Limassol). Detailed purpose and agenda will accompany relevant invitation then, to facilitate the assessment of prior knowledge requirement for ICPAC Members and other interested parties wishing to participate. Separate registration process will follow and attendance will be assumed separately for Intermediate and Advanced level.
Who should attend:
The seminar is addressed to ICPAC Members (e.g. transfer pricing staff from accounting firms and/or finance managers/controllers from MNEs) and other interested parties (e.g. tax inspectors from tax administrations and/or tax/transfer pricing staff from law firms), who wish to gain a practical understanding in the field of transfer pricing with practical application with respect to:
- Transfer Pricing and Intra-Group Services;
- Transfer Pricing and Intra-Group Financing; and
- Transfer Pricing and Intangibles.
